Vacuum drying oven with pump is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized substances. Disinfection and sterilization of similar glass containers.
The vacuum drying oven with pump uses an intelligent digital temperature regulator to set, display and control the temperature. It can maintain a certain degree of vacuum in the working room during work, and can fill the interior with inert gas, especially for some items with complex components. Quick drying is also possible.
The correct use method of vacuum drying oven with pump:
1. Put the items to be dried into the vacuum drying oven with a pump, close the door, close the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, and then turn on the power of the vacuum pump to start pumping air, so that the vacuum in the box reaches the required vacuum degree of the user, close the Vacuum valve, and then turn off the power switch of the vacuum pump.
2. Turn the power switch of the vacuum drying oven with pump to "I", set the required temperature, and the temperature in the box will start to rise. When the temperature in the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn on and off, repeating many times , generally within 120min the shelf level enters a constant temperature state.
3. When the required working temperature is low, the second setting method can be adopted. For example, the required working temperature is 60°C, the first time can be set to 50°C, and the second time can be set after the temperature overshoot starts to fall back. 60°C, which can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot, and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
4. Choose different drying times according to the different humidity levels of different items. If the drying time is longer and the vacuum degree drops, it needs to be evacuated again to restore the vacuum degree. The vacuum pump motor switch should be turned on first, and then the vacuum valve should be turned on.
5. After drying, turn off the power first, turn the air release valve to release the vacuum state of the vacuum drying oven with pump, and then open the door to take out the items.

Vacuum drying oven with pump maintenance:
1. The vacuum drying oven with pump should be kept clean frequently, and the door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth. Do not wipe with reactive chemical solutions to avoid chemical reactions and scratches on the glass.
2. If the vacuum drying oven with pump is not used for a long time, neutral grease or vaseline should be applied to the electroplated parts to prevent corrosion, and a plastic film dust cover should be placed in a dry room to prevent the electric parts from being affected by moisture.
