The heater chiller circulator uses a pump to drive the heat transfer medium (usually water, ethanol, silicone oil, etc.) from the oil tank with a built-in heater to the temperature control device, and then returns to the oil tank from the temperature control device.
Heater chiller circulator Since the entire liquid circulation is a closed system, there is no water vapor absorption at low temperature, and no oil mist generation at high temperature.
Realize continuous temperature rise and fall, adopt high temperature and high pressure operation compressor technology, can directly turn on compressor refrigeration from 350 degrees, high and low temperature cycle integrated machine can greatly provide cooling rate, save test time and energy.
The heater chiller circulator operation uses:
1) Regardless of whether it is air-cooled or water-cooled, the temperature control device must be located in an operating environment with sufficient fresh air: a space greater than 30cm around.
2) When choosing a heat transfer medium, pay attention to whether its upper and lower temperature limits, ignition point, viscosity, freezing point, etc.
3) Heater chiller circulator When selecting a heat transfer pipe, the length should be as short as possible, and the diameter should be as large as possible. If the diameter is too small, it may cause current restriction;
4) Do not use water as heat transfer medium for heater chiller circulator;
5) Unsuitable heat transfer media will have a negative impact on the equipment and may cause damage to the device.
6) The equipment adjustment parameters must be reset after filling, which is a requirement for correct operation and use of the instrument;
7) Regularly check the heat transfer pipes of the heater chiller circulator to avoid material damage (such as fission).
Heater chiller circulator features:
1. The heater chiller circulator is equipped with an integrated heating and cooling container, with a large heat exchange area, fast heating and cooling rates, and relatively small demand for heat transfer oil.
