The Chemical Rotary Evaporator Unit is heated by water bath(oil bath) to form thin film under the negative pressure condition, evaporate highly, then condense and recycle the solvent simultaneously. The apparatus are particularly suitable for the heat-sensitivity material’s condensation, crystallization, separation, recovery and so on. And reflux extraction can be avaliable for parts evaporator models. It is one of the necessary basic instruments in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, universities and research laboratories and other units etc., while it is also the main means for producing concentrated extracts and analysis experiments.
Features
1. AC induction motor stepless speed regulation, no brushes, no sparks, long life.
2. A good sealing system, high vacuum degree,high evaporation rates, high recovery rates.
3. GG-17 high quality borosilicate materials, with good physical and chemical properties.
4. Advanced speed frequency control and reliable electronic speed control to ensure the good electrical performance.
5.Under flammable and explosive environments, anti-explosion series are a good choice.
6. Main engine: rocker switch, automatically lifting quickly (0~140mm).
7.Main engine components: rust protection aluminum alloy, special engineering plastics, compacting and durable. The lifting parts adopt principles of mechanical retractable electrical contacts, hydraulic pressure assists to push and make the machine lift quickly, drop at a steady speed.
8. Heating bath: Teflon pot (aluminum alloy), fully enclosed heater, power: 1.5KW.
9. Temperature range: RT~99℃ automatic temperature controller, also digital display.
10.Total power: 1.54KW, Voltage: 220V/50Hz
11. Condenser: vertical type, adopts heat-resistant GG17 glass, double reflux integrated condenser with milling the mouth collecting bottle, which can reach to load and unload fastly.
Type A: Vertical coiler condenser with standard mouth.
Type B/E: Vertical coiler condenser with ball mill mouth.
12. Charger/feeder: Glass valves type and sleeving with PTFE pipe.
13. Seal ring: Fluorine rubber vacuum seal gasket.
14. Main seal component: imported electronic element.
