Recirculating Chiller Heater

The recirculating chiller heater is a circulation device that integrates low temperature equipment and high temperature equipment. The liquid circulation of the whole system is closed, and the system has an expansion vessel. The expansion vessel and the liquid circulation system are insulated and do not participate in the liquid circulation, but are only mechanically connected. Regardless of the temperature of the circulating liquid, the medium in the expansion vessel is always kept at room temperature . Since the entire liquid circulation is a closed system, there is no water vapor absorption at low temperature, and no oil mist generation at high temperature. It is widely used in colleges and universities, environmental protection, biochemistry, medical treatment, scientific research and other fields. The product structure is reasonable, the operation is simple, and the stability is strong. It is an ideal product that adapts to the national conditions and shortens the time for scientific research.

1. Before using the recirculating chiller heater, open the wooden box and install the liquid inlet and outlet valves on the liquid inlet. (Note: The liquid inlet and outlet are marked on the top of the machine, the valve is a shut-off valve, the valve medium flows in a direction, and the valve is marked with the flow direction.

2. Connect the recirculating chiller heater valve to the reactor with a hose. The inlet and outlet of the reactor should be bottom-in and top-out to ensure that the reactor remains full of liquid.

3. Open the filling hole of the recirculating chiller heater, put the medium into the machine and turn on the circulation switch of the machine to allow the liquid to circulate throughout the system. (Note: To empty the air in the system)

4. The cooling medium should meet the operating conditions of the recirculating chiller heater. 

5. If a temperature of 150°C is required, set the temperature control meter to 150°C and turn on the heating switch and cycle switch, and the machine will start working.

6. When the material in the recirculating chiller heater needs to be lowered to room temperature at high temperature, it is necessary to turn off the heating and turn on the pre-cooling. At this time, the material can be lowered to room temperature by cooling.

7. When the material of the recirculating chiller heater needs to be lower than room temperature, the material should be lowered to room temperature first, and then set to the required equipment, turn on the refrigeration, the compressor will enter the working state, and the machine will start to cool down.

1. Connect the circulation outlet of the equipment to the inlet of the reactor, and connect the circulation inlet of the equipment to the outlet of the reactor. Make the system a closed loop system.

2. Connect the power supply correctly.

3. Open the upper cover of the liquid replenishment tank, add heat transfer oil to the expansion level; open the exhaust valve, turn on the power, press the cycle button, and start adding heat transfer oil to the system. until liquid escapes from the vent. (At this point most of the gas in the system has been vented)

4. After adding liquid, the liquid level of the expansion tank must be at the liquid level at 25 degrees, and cannot exceed or be lower than the calibration liquid level. (exhaust valve closed)

Recirculating chiller heater power switch: first turn on the power switch according to work needs.

Recirculating chiller heater heating switch: Turn on or off the heating switch according to the set temperature value. (Need to open during heating or constant temperature stage)

recirculating chiller heater refrigeration/precooling switch: turn on or off the refrigeration switch according to the set temperature value. (It is not in the cooling section and the measured temperature is > 70, the switch needs to be turned off)
