1. Preparation. Put the multi-purpose vacuum pump for circulating water on the workbench. 2. Vacuum operation. Connect the suction sleeve of the equipment that needs to be vacuumed tightly to the suction nozzle of the machine, turn off the cycle switch, turn on the power, and turn on the power switch to start the vacuuming operation. 3. By controlling the flow of tap water, the water temperature in the water tank can be kept from rising and the vacuum degree can be stabilized.

4. When it is necessary to provide cooling circulating water for the reaction device, on the basis of the operation in the previous item 3, connect the water inlet and outlet pipes of the device to be cooled to the circulating water outlet and water inlet at the rear of the machine respectively.

1. Before starting the machine, the pool must be filled with water, and the inlet valve of the water circulation vacuum pump is opened. It is strictly forbidden to dehydrate, idle and reverse, so as to prevent damage to the machine seal and pump.

2. Before use, you must carefully check whether the fasteners in each part are loose, and if they are loose, you must correct and tighten them.

3. Connect the jet pump in series, turn it on first and then turn on the steam, turn off the steam first when stopping to prevent damage to the water jet pump. 4. Before shutting down, first vent or the vacuum degree drops below 0.092Mpa, and then shut down to prevent excessive vacuum from sucking back and damaging the check valve. If the check valve fails, please open the check valve cover to remove debris.

5. If the water temperature of the circulating water pool is too high, it will affect the exhaust volume and vacuum degree, and the water needs to be replaced or replenished in time.
